It has been more than a week since President Donald Trump made his iconic “church walk” visit at the burned down St. John’s Episcopal Church in Lafayette Park, and yet Democrats continue to talk about the incident.

On Monday, Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of ABC’s “The View,” mocked Trump holding the Bible in front of the church, which had been set ablaze by violent rioters. Goldberg began by saying, “You know who is going on his law and order trip. He’s got this crazy stance, and he’s threatening to deploy the US military.”

The controversial TV host also scoffed at how Trump had warned to deploy the National Guard over states that had incidents of looting and arson. Goldberg added that Trump’s visit was largely for a “photo-op.” She then turned towards her other co-host, claiming that, “I have to say I was shocked when he held up the Bible, and it didn’t burst into flame, but that was just me. Your thoughts? Your thoughts about this?”

Goldberg’s co-host, Joy Behar, claimed that Trump should better be praying and using the Bible as his polls are going in a downturn, at 38%. Behar continued that Trump is in trouble, citing that the other presidents who had reached the same poll number, such as Jimmy Carter, and George W.H Bush failed to win their re-elected bid.

She also questioned why First Lady Melania Trump and their son Barron was not with the President during his church visit. Behar went on to rejoice how protesters have successfully built a fence around the White House. She even joked why Mexicans were not paying for the fence.

In addition, the host expressed her joy over the violent protests, at the cost of burned and destroyed businesses, injured cops, and slain civilians, ‘My heart burst with joy when I saw that people were putting paintings and signs all over his stupid fence. I mean, what kind of president fences himself in from the American people?” Behar concluded that Trump is “a loser. You’re done. Put a fork in him.”

Just last week, The Patriot Hill reported that Democrats had used the President’s visit as black propaganda. In a Twitter tirade, Politico reporter Gabby Orr questioned Trump’s religious beliefs, and accused the President of using the Holy Bible as some form of a “prop.” Orr began by asking why the President did not pray and even went on to give words of comfort. The White House correspondent even went on to suggest that he should have read a few bible verses, including a passage from the Romans, and Corinthians.

After receiving a major social media backlash, Orr responded that if Trump had prayed, she would have bowed her head and joined with him.

On the other hand, Democratic politicians, such as New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo used the crisis as a publicity stunt. In a press briefing, the NYC Governor proceeded to read passages from the Bible.
