Left-Wing Hollywood Throws Twitter Tantrum Over Trump's “Opening of the Country” Council
Several left-wing supporters of Hollywood’s elite took to Twitter to attack and criticize the newly appointed members of the president’s new council for reopening America to save the economy.
President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he would build a new team to deal with the economic challenges the country is facing right now. The council is set to focus on reopening the country to jumpstart the economy.
Fox News released the official line-up of the seven-member council which includes Trump’s chief economic advisor and the Director of the United States National Economic Council, Larry Kudlow, United States’ Trade Representative, Robert Lighthizer, US Secretary of the Treasury, Steven Mnuchin, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, and first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband and senior advisor to the POTUS, Jared Kushner.
Shortly after the announcement, pro-left fanatics threw a Twitter tantrum. Starting with Canadian politician and social activist Helen Kennedy who took a screen capture of the line-up and posted a sarcastic tweet, “Relax guys. We’re in good hands. This will be handled smoothly and wisely.”

She followed it up with an edited version of the photo and labeled each member with derogatory words such as “Dumb” and “Crazy.”

Aging actress Rosanna Arquette quickly hopped on to the bashing train and tweeted that the council has “zero credibility.”

Washed up stand-up comedian and actor David Cross also chimed in and put in his sarcastic remarks.

Former model and activist Mia Farrow expressed her dismay on the announcement saying there was “Not one doctor.”
My God- these ⬇️ are the people to decide on when the country should re-open. Not one doctor https://t.co/sejFFldsP3

The Twitter handler for the Daily Show joined in and attempted to make a joke.

Comedian and actor Michael Ian Black tried to be funny and asked why couldn’t he be appointed to stuff when he’s also not qualified for anything.
Why can't I get appointed to stuff? I'm not qualified for anything, either. pic.twitter.com/OQEpWWUpFF

Black was quick to throw hands towards Trump, but the actor himself was involved in a series of his own controversies. Back in 2014-2015, the comedian tweeted several tweets that hinted sexual innuendos and child molestation.
Another comedian, Travon Free, quipped that “we finally got our death panel.”

Of course, actress, activist, and proud anti-Trump, Alyssa Milano, expressed her opinions in ALL CAPS. In recent weeks, Milano has been vying for relevance by continuing to bash the president on her Twitter account, and expressing her support for the Democratic party. One of her recent accusations was that the POTUS was only endorsing hydroxychloroquine to have financial gains.

Following the lead of Hollywood’s hot-headed left supporters, other Twitter Dems also chimed in and mocked the newly-formed council.
A user replaced the whole line-up with Disney’s list of villains.

This just goes to show what Dems do best—whine while the Trump administration continues to find ways and take actions to fight the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
