On Monday, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany expressed her contempt and disgust among establishment media for turning a blind eye to the sudden surge of violence during the Fourth of July weekend.

Instead, McEnany was flooded with questions about the Confederate flag. Having had enough of the media circus, the Press Secretary blasted reporters by saying that “Finally, I’d end with this: I was asked probably twelve questions about the Confederate flag. This president’s focused on action.” She continued, “I’m a little dismayed that I didn’t receive one question on the deaths that we got in this country this weekend.”

McEnany went on to say that she did not receive questions about the bigger issues, such as the increase in shooting incidents in Democrat-led New York City. The Press Secretary claimed that for the third straight week and over the last seven days, the shootings jumped to a whopping 142%. “Not one question,” McEnany added.

She also claimed that she did not receive any questions regarding the five innocent children who died during the independence day weekend. Before leaving, McEnany left a heartbreaking quote from eight-year-old Secoriea Turner’s father. “They say, Black Lives Matter? You killed a child; she didn’t do nothing to nobody,” McEnany said.

Watch:

Instead of commemorating the lost lives, reporters asked a series of questions about the Confederate flag. Some asked whether Trump believed that NASCAR made a mistake of banning the confederate flag, others were asking whether the decision had affected the sporting event’s ratings. On the other hand, other reporters asked Don whether Trump had decided to ban Confederate flags at his MAGA rallies.

Overall, 16 children were killed during the ongoing Black Lives Matter protests. In fact, according to Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant, the Independence day weekend marks the “most violent weekend” that the city saw since 2003. In New York City, the violence skyrocketed to 358 percent in mid-June as compared to the same period in 2019 and continues to see an increase in July.

In other cities such as Philadelphia, a 15-year-old high school athlete, Angelo Walker was shot and later died at the hospital. Another unidentified 6-year old boy also died on July 5 after he was shot in the chest. Another teenager, 15-year-old Rahim, was shot a total of 17 times on June 22 while he was buying his food after a basketball game with his friends. Sadly, the teenager was expected to participate in an anti-violence program.

Even in Seattle’s Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP), a 16-year old Antonio Mays Jr. died on June 30 after he was driving his jeep near the CHOP barrier. Witnesses claimed that several protesters opened fire at the vehicle. In Washington D.C, an aspiring football player, 11-year old Davon McNeal was killed by a stray bullet during a family cookout.
