President Donald Trump mocked former Secretary of State Colin Powell after he announced on Sunday that he would be endorsing Sleepy Joe Biden.

Powell made his official endorsement in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper. He said, “I couldn’t vote for him in 2016. I certainly cannot in any way support President Trump this year.” Powell also claimed that the Constitution was under threat while President Trump sits in the White House.

But the President was quick to get back at Powell and took to Twitter, saying, “Colin Powell, a real stiff who was very responsible for getting us into the disastrous Middle East Wars, just announced he will be voting for another stiff, Sleepy Joe Biden.”

Then Trump reminded everyone of Powell’s involvement in the messy US versus Iraq dealings. “Didn’t Powell say that Iraq had ‘weapons of mass destruction’?”

Powell is just one of the other personalities who made it known to the public that they will not be voting for Trump’s reelection in November. Former president George W. Bush was also reportedly not voting for Trump in 2020, but his spokesperson quickly denied the rumors and said that the former president is retired from being involved in presidential politics.

President Trump then warned his followers that Sleepy Joe would do nothing but follow everything the radical left has to say.

“Not only will Sleepy Joe Biden DEFUND THE POLICE, but he will DEFUND OUR MILITARY!” Trump wrote. “He has no choice, the Dems are controlled by the Radical Left.”
