In a recent report from the Committee on the Present Danger: China (CPDC), the organization urged President Donald Trump to take action against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on the allegations of “organ harvesting” of its Muslim prisoners.

According to an investigation by the China Tribunal, the barbaric process of organ donation has killed countless innocent Muslim prisoners who were kept under “concentration camp” conditions. Most alarmingly, reports cite that at least a million Uighur and other Muslim minorities were detained under the government’s custody. In a 160-page report, the tribunal argued that CCP’s long history of organ donation is a “crime against humanity” and should be considered as “worst atrocities committed” in modern times.

The Chair of the China Tribunal, Geoffrey Nice, led the prosecution of the former President of Serbia, Slobodan Milošević, at the UN’s International Criminal Tribunal. In June of 2019, the independent tribunal accused the CCP of committing a massive scale of forced organ harvesting. Nice also condemned the practice, “The conclusion shows that very many people have died indescribably hideous deaths for no reason, that more may suffer in similar ways and that all of us live on a planet where extreme wickedness may be found.”

The Tribunal determined that while Muslim minorities had become the new target for organ donation, for years, the Chinese government considered practitioners of Falun Gong as their main organ supply. Falun Gong is a spiritual practice based on the universal principles of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. It was first introduced in 1992 in Changchun city and had since gained popularity. Freedom House also believed that just like most Muslim detainees, practitioners of Falun Gong are placed under labor camps.

In fact, according to the government’s records, the number of Falun gong practitioners have exceeded the number of CCP members and make up the largest sector of prisoners in China.

21 years after the introduction of Falun Gong, there had been countless reports of its practitioners who were either arrested or who had mysteriously disappeared. Their loved ones believed that they have been a victim of organ donation.

The report cited that the communist regime provided organs where there are little or no donors available. This includes the hearts, eyes, and lungs. To prove the allegations, the report explained that the short waiting time to get the necessary organs among Chinese hospitals is close to being “impossible.” The group spokesman Hamid Sabi said that it is “impossible that there was anything like sufficient “eligible donors” under the recently-formed voluntary donor scheme.”

In 2015, the communist regime claimed that they have stopped using prisoners as organ donors, however, the recent reports disprove their claims. Every year, the group believed that China harvests around 90,000 organ transplants in a year.

To stop China’s oppressive “organ genocide,” Frank Gaffney, vice chairman of CPDC called out U.S. President Donald Trump to put an end to the decade long practice. “Effort should be made to identify and act to impede the CCP’s practice of organ genocide,” the group demanded.

Sabi concluded that while organ donation should be considered as a scientific breakthrough, killing the donor is a criminal act.
