Fox News has cut ties with MAGA Superstars and pro-Trump hosts Diamond & Silk after the pair have come under fire for promoting coronavirus conspiracies.

The sisters used their huge social media presence to express their thoughts regarding the coronavirus pandemic and how it is used to reflect poorly on President Trump. During their March 30 Livestream on Fox News’ subscription-based online video network, Fox Nation, the pair claimed that the number of coronavirus related deaths in the US had been inflated to make the president look bad.

“What I need to know is how many people have passed away in New York, and what I need to know is: Who has the bodies?” Diamond asked. “I need for somebody that does investigative work to call the morgues. To call the funeral homes. We need to know, because I don’t trust anything else that comes out of his mouth now… Something’s not right here. Something is off here,” Diamond said.

She also added, “Is this being deliberately spread? Look, I’m not being a conspiracy theorist, this is real, but I’m asking my own questions. What the hell is going on?”

Silk went on to explain why she feels like the number of coronavirus deaths was being manipulated, saying, “In a matter of two weeks, over 1,000 people supposedly died from the coronavirus. “My president said on March 24, Tuesday, this past week, my president said that he would love for America to be back up and running. At the time he said it, there was 25,489 case, with 307 deaths. Instantaneously, you had the media calling President Trump out. … Me and you was talking, and I said, ‘Now watch the number of deaths go up. Watch everything increase,’ because they want to make it look bad in front of our eyes.”

Silk continued to question the Chinese coronavirus and said that she thinks it is something that was “man-made” and “engineered.” She also said that she believes there is a “deep state action going on behind the scenes.”

An anonymous source told the Daily Beast that it is unlikely for the pro-Trump duo to appear on the network in the near future, saying that after what the siblings have said and tweeted, the public won’t be seeing them on Fox News or Fox Nation anytime soon.

The siblings Diamond & Silk, whose real names are Lynette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson, rose to fame during the 2016 presidential elections where the sisters avidly and vocally expressed their support for President Donald Trump. Since then, Fox News has tapped them to do a weekly show on their Fox Nation sub-wing.

Neither Fox News or the pair have commented on the news.

Late last month, Fox Business Network also parted ways with its primetime host Trish Regan, who abruptly left the airwaves after voicing out her concerns in a monologue regarding the coronavirus being used as another attempt to impeach Trump.

Regan said that the “chorus of hate” given to the president is “nearing a crescendo” as Dems continue to blame him for a pandemic that originated from halfway across the world. She added that many in the liberal media are using the coronavirus pandemic as an “attempt to demonize and destroy the president.”

On Sunday, President Trump lambasted Fox News’ coverage and its new hires in a series of tweets. “Fox News just doesn’t get what’s happening!” the president wrote. “They are being fed Democrat talking points, and they play them without hesitation or research.”

The president also criticized the network, saying that “Fox keeps on plugging to try and become politically correct.” He also noted that it’s thanks to him that the network’s ratings soar high, but now conservatives are eager to find something better.
