Today (April 10,2020), Dr. Anthony Fauci is proposing that it should be mandatory for Americans to carry “certificates of immunity” as proof that they do not have coronavirus. Independent Michigan Rep. Justin Amash took to Twitter to let his followers know exactly how he feels about Fauci’s proposal.

“So police and government officials can stop us wherever we go and demand to see our papers?” Amash tweeted. “How about no.”

During an interview on CNN today, Fauci told the reporter that it is a possibility that American citizens may be forced to carry papers to validate that they are immune to COVID-19.

“You know, that’s possible. It’s one of those things that we talk about when we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and not — this is something that’s being discussed. I think it might actually have some merit under certain circumstances,” Fauci proclaimed.

All bodies of government, from the state up to the federal level, have been utilizing the coronavirus to suppress American citizens’ civil liberties. Since the onset of the pandemic businesses and churches alike have been forced to close their doors, while the people of this country are forced to stay within the confines of their own homes.

On Thursday, Attorney General Bill Bar voiced his concerns over the restriction that has been implemented across the country in an attempt to slow down the spread of COVID-19. Bill went as far as to call the measures “draconian” to Fox News’ Laura Ingram. Barr told the reporter, “We have to be very careful to make sure this, that the draconian measures that are being adopted are fully justified, and there are not alternative ways of protecting people.”
