Cardboard coffins holding the remains of General Qassem Soleimani, Iraqi militia leader Abu Mahdi al Muhandis, and three others were flown to the city of Iran in the coach section of a passenger plane.

Footage of the coffins taking up rows of seats inside the airbus of Mahan Air was posted to Twitter on Sunday by Babak Taghvaee, a journailist and defense analyst. A tribute to Soleimani can be heard playing on the in-flight televisions in the video.

The cardboard coffins bear the portraits of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Quds Force commander Soleimani and Muhandis, a close advisor to Soleimani and deputy of the militias.

Babak Taghvaee tweeted photos of buses of tens of thousands of troops and their relatives being transported to Soleimani’s propaganda funeral.

Iranian journalist Masih Alinejad posted a video of Soleimani’s funeral procession in Ahvaz. She tweeted, “Watch this video of #Soleimani’s funeral procession in Ahvaz. How many people were really here? Some claims millions! Is it really true? Considering the fact that students, public servants, and shopkeepers were forced to attend.”
