As loud and repetitive as the left has become, the “Never Trumpers” are getting pretty close in terms of their ability to drone on and on. On Tuesday, the New York Times published an Op Ed piece called, “We Are Republicans and We Want Trump Defeated”. The article was written by a handful of establishment Republicans who have worked for the Bush’s, John McCain, and John Kasich.

In the wordy piece, the anti-Trump crew announced their “Lincoln Project, an effort to highlight our country’s story and values, and its people’s sacrifices and obligations. This effort transcends partisanship and is dedicated to nothing less than preservation of the principles that so many have fought for, on battlefields far from home and within their own communities.”

The additional goal of the group and the project is to “over these next 11 months, our efforts will be dedicated to defeating President Trump and Trumpism at the ballot box and to elect those patriots who will hold the line.”

The article continues to bash President Trump and talk about how the group plans to go about overthrowing him in the 2020 election. The article was a hit with many Never Trump Republicans on social media who celebrated and seconded the piece’s sentiment.
