Although did not seem possible if you listened to all the left wing media and vocal liberal social media users, Boris Johnson’s Brexit-favoring Conservative Party crushed their opposition and won a huge victory over the Labour Party. This clears the way for the UK to finalize Brexit, leave the EU and strike a massive trade deal with the U.S. and other countries.

President Trump congratulated the Conservative Party and his friend, Boris Johnson on twitter after the results became official. The President also touted the new trade opportunity saying, “Britain and the United States will now be free to strike a massive new Trade Deal after BREXIT.” He continued, “This deal has the potential to be far bigger and more lucrative than any deal that could be made with the E.U.”

Johnson and President Trump are seen around the world as very similar figures. They are both massive personalities, pushing policies to put their countries first. They are also both extremely hated and ridiculed by the left and the mainstream media being called “right wing” and “racist”. And, although the media likes to report that they have no chance at winning and furthering the policies, they both continue to win over and over again.
