Actress Jennifer Agostini and her friend were celebrating a friend’s birthday at the Sky Room in Manhattan on Saturday, but as they were leaving they were brutally attacked by 10 to 15 people who were yelling racial slurs.

Agostini, who is the lead character in “Brooklyn Ties,” stated, “I was pushed onto the ground and eight individuals jumped on top of me and brutally assaulted me. I have five stitches in my head. My whole eye is closed. I am going to have numerous scars on my face.”

“I’m a lead character on the series in March, and I have to now go to see numerous plastic surgeons, and I also have to go back to the concussion center to MRI my head,” said Agostini.

The lawsuit, which names The Sky Bar Times Square Inc., and two other companies, states the attackers shouted anti-white phrases,“Fuck those white bitches and their money,” “white motherfuckers,” and “dirty white bitches.”

According to court papers, Agostini and swimsuit model Prendinellys Garcia were leaving the Sky Room around 3 a.m. on Sunday when one of their friends returned to the bar for their forgotten credit card. Sky Room’s bouncer allegedly pushed the woman and they got into a verbal altercation. Garcia’s husband, Cal Stuart, told the bouncer to lay off, but allegedly the bouncer was among the group who attacked them.

“All of a sudden, 10 to 15 people jumped us,” said Stuart.

Garcia told The New York Post, “I have a black eye. I have been having a lot of headaches. My whole entire body hurts. They were punching and kicking me on my body.”

Agostini and Garcia have asked a Manhattan judge to order the Sky Room bar to keep surveillance footage from the evening of the violent attack so they may use it in their lawsuit.

The vicious assault was not covered by mainstream news.

Last week, Breitbart News detailed Governor Andrew Cuomo’s latest criminal justice reform plan that “will release suspects accused of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, child sex crimes, and making threats of terrorism without ever having to post bail.”

NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio will giving 900 inmates— who will be freed on January 1, 2020— incentives such as movie passes, tickets to Mets games, and gift cards for showing up to their court dates.
