Federal Court Judge Rules Trump Taxes Must Be Released; Cases Now Likely Headed to Supreme Court
In the ongoing legal battle over President Trump’s tax returns, a federal judge ruled on Monday that the Manhattan DA CAN have access to his tax returns in the investigations into payments for Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.

President Trump had argued he is constitutionally immune to a criminal investigation while President. This sets up a case where the last option for President Trump’s legal team to appeal is the Supreme Court. His lawyers now have 10 days to file his case to have it heard by the highest court in the land.

The 3-judge appeal board that issued this ruling against the President is currently made up of 3 pro-Democrat Bill Clinton appointees. This makes it no surprise they ruled against the Republican President. The Supreme Court, which is much more balanced will be able to make a less partisan and more based on actual Constitutional law.
