President Trump Booed Again but Also Cheered as he Attends UFC Fight in NYC
For the second time in a week, President Trump stepped out to attend a sporting event, and was disrespectfully booed by many of those in attendance. The President attended UFC 244 at Madison Square Garden in New York City to watch the Nate Diaz v. Jorge Masvidal bout.
As President Trump entered the area around 10pm EST, he was joined by his sons, Donald, Jr. and Eric Trump as well as friend and UFC President, Dana White. While there was a good deal of booing, there was less at this event than at the Washington Nationals World Series game last week. From the video, it appears at least half the crowd or more stood up and applauded the Commander in Chief while the other half booed.

The better reaction was noted by the President’s sons on twitter as well. Don Jr. said that Dana White “said it was the most electrifying entrance he seen in 25 years of doing this.” Eric said there were chants of “Donald Trump, Donald Trump… USA, USA” and also took the Fake News Media to task for reporting more boos than cheers.
Despite the bullshit from blue checkmark Twitter, when we walked into the arena it was overwhelmingly positive. @danawhite said it was the most electrifying entrance he seen in 25 years of doing this. @ufc https://t.co/62dAdDimGD

What a joke. You are the most dishonest people. The audience was chanting “Donald Trump, Donald Trump” followed by “USA USA.” Dana White said it was the greatest entrance he has seen into a UFC. I can’t wait until we win again in 2020 to further embarras your profession #FakeNews https://t.co/EpkjBjz6s6
