Rumors are circulating, and the latest news headlines are hinting that Hillary Clinton might be entering the 2020 presidential race. But there’s only one thing holding her back. Joe Biden.

Dick Morris, an adviser to former President Bill Clinton, claims that Hillary believes that “God put her on Earth” to be President of the United States, but it is Joe Biden who is standing in her way.

According to Morris, if Biden dropped out, Hillary would replace him as the moderate candidate because voters would desire an alternative to Senator Elizabeth Warren.

“She feels entitled to do it. She feels compelled to do it. She feels that God put her on the Earth to do it,” said Morris in a recent interview with John Catsimatidis.

“My feeling is that she wants to, but she’s hesitant because she realizes the timing is bad,” said Morris. “She’s got to wait until Biden drops out because he’s obviously next in line for it, and if he goes away, there’s an opening for her.”
