Press Turns President’s Press Conference with Finnish President into Impeachment Inquisition
While House Democrats continue with their impeachment attacks on President Trump, he still has to go about his business as President of the United States. One of these duties included having a press conference with the president of Finland, Sauli Niinsto.
What should have been a simple presser to celebrate the relationship between the two countries turned into the press attacking President Trump. Most of the questions were aimed at the call with the Ukrainian president and the impeachment process.
President Trump responded to the incredibly aggressive line of questioning by defending himself. This has led to much of the mainstream media and social media critics calling the press conference a “meltdown” by the president in many headlines and posts.

Even the Finnish press could not help but take shots at President Trump. A member of the traveling medias delegation asked President Niinsto what favors President Trump has asked of him.

The American mainstream media continues having a field day with the press conference attacks. A number of publications, such as Esquire, have also highlighted a series of isolated, still photos to make it look like President Trump was acting crazy.
