Last week House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) fraudulently made up quotes from President Trump’s phone call with the President of Ukraine. It was an unprecedented move for a House committee chairman to falsify presidential statements with no clarification. This distressing maneuver has led for President Trump to call out Schiff and ponder if it warrants arrest for treason.

The scandal started when Schiff began “reading” from the transcript of the President’s call with the Ukrainian leader. He talked about President Trump saying things like “ya know what? I don’t see much reciprocity here,” and, “I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent. You understand? Lots of it.” After being called out by Republican lawmakers, Schiff would be forced to admit that his statements were, “at least in part, parody.”

President Trump’s question has been met with much agreement throughout the social media landscape. Many people believe that even among some very desperate moves by Democrats, what Schiff did in front of congress was not only the worst, but criminal.
