A video from 2017 has people wondering about a razor-wielding gangster named “Corn Pop.” The clip was filmed while Biden was speaking at a ceremony when the facility in Brown-Burton -Winchester Park was renamed the Joseph R. Biden Jr. Aquatic Center. Biden recounts the story from his lifeguard days when a gang leader threatened him with a razor because Biden called him “Esther Williams.”

“Corn Pop was a bad dude and he ran a bunch of bad boys,” bragged Biden.
