Presidential candidate Marianne Williamson publicly revealed she was surprised that the Left is “so mean” and that they lie.

Williamson told the New Yorker’s David Remnick, “I know this sounds naive. I didn’t think the left was so mean. I didn’t think the left lied like this. I thought the right did that. I thought we were better.”

The self-help author revealed that the Left lied about her “crystal gazing,” because she’s never had crystals on stage with her at any of her events and she doesn’t have any crystals in her home. She also said the Left falsely accused her of instructing AIDS patients not to take their medication. Democrats also made accusations that Williamson said lovelessness is the cause of disease and that “love” is enough to heal them.

Williamson wants people to know that the Left has labeled her as an anti-vaxxer or an anti-science candidate and it’s not true. “I’m Jewish. I go to the doctor,” Williamson told Remnick.

Although Williamson has met the donor requirements for the second round of debates, she needed three more qualifying polls in order to particpate in the debates in Houston. But Williamson is not giving up because she could qualify for the debates in October.
