Old Tweets From Reps. Tlaib and Ilhan Omar Calling For Deportation of Opponents Resurface
An old tweet from Rep. Ilhan Omar is making its rounds on social media. Omar tweeted in 2012: “We are citizens & can’t be deported, why don’t we deport you to where ever you came from.”

It seems another person who was part of the conversation suggested deportation and Omar’s tweet was a response to it.
Omar was replying to comments about an article written about Mayor Robert Macdonald of Lewiston, Maine. According to Yahoo, the mayor said the immigrants should “accept our culture and leave your culture at the door.” The mayor stated he never made derogatory comments about immigrants and that his comments were taken out of context, but that he meant the Somali immigrants should try to assimilate into American culture.
Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s tweet from May 2015, has critics calling her a hypocrite: “Wallah someone deport these unAmerican ISISlike armed bikers. #PHXmosque. Because #NotMyAmerica to allow them to intimidate fellow American.”

Some are defending Trump pointing out that his tweets asked the congresswomen to voluntarily leave and “then come back and show us how it is done.”
So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly......

....it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!

It’s likely we won’t see Omar and Tlaib’s deportation tweets spun on mainstream media.
But watch how mainstream media takes sides on Trump’s “go back” tweets by calling them “racist.”
