Actress and left-wing activist Alyssa Milano outlined her very own legislative agenda, which Democrats must pass ASAP. The actress tweeted shared her agenda through a tweet, and it included a “George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.”

“Organizers of color and voters of color continue to save the republic,” Milano started out her tweet. She then listed down the legislative acts that she wants to see enacted as soon as possible.

“Bills Democrats need to pass ASAP: 1. John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, 2. The Anti-Racism in Public Health Act, 3. The Breathe Act, 4. George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020,” she continued.

The John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act aims to “amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act.” Its main effect is that it will codify expanded mail-in voting, which is prone to fraud, but the Democrats are very supportive of it.

The Anti-Racism in Public Health Act was a bill introduced by Sen. Elizabeth Warren. The bill seeks to establish “establishes within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) a National Center on Antiracism and Health and a law enforcement violence prevention program.”

Then there is the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020. This bill seeks to lower “the criminal intent standard—from willful to knowing or reckless—to convict a law enforcement officer for misconduct in a federal prosecution and qualified immunity as a defense to liability in a private civil action against a law enforcement officer or state correctional officer.” The BREATHE Act was introduced by AOC and the rest of her squad. It seeks to cut down the budget of police and to give reparations to people of color. It’s a very radical bill that aims to shut down several federal agencies.

The “legislation that would radically transform the nation’s criminal justice system by eliminating life sentences, retroactively expunging drug crimes, shutting down multiple federal agencies and permanently closing prisons and immigration detention centers, among other agenda items,” according to Fox News.
