Actor Harrison Ford flew his 19-year-old son to college on a private jet. This was according to a report by Just Jared. The report says the actor, his son, and wife Calista Flockhart was seen coming out of the jet in Massachusetts. Ford is a well-known climate change alarmist who has long lectured the world about the effects of fossil fuel on the environment. While in Mexico to promote his movie, he praised the darling of the climate change crowd, Greta Thunberg, who is becoming more and more irrelevant with each passing day. Ford also bashed the United States, claiming that it has “moral leadership” on issues like climate change.

Last year, he also demanded that the world get out in the way of Thunberg claiming that a young army of activists led by Thunberg will save the world. The fact that he flies around in a private jet that consumes a great deal of fossil fuel and causing a lot of carbon emissions goes against all his holier-than-thou activism. This is typical of the Hollywood celebrity kind of advocacy. He accuses ordinary people of being nasty while doing the same things himself, only his actions are many times worse.

Thunberg herself has been accused of the same thing. She famously refused to fly and used a yacht to get to the United States during a well-promoted trip. But in order to bring back the yacht that she used, crews had to be flown in. That fact was not reported in the mainstream news because it made a farce of what Greta is trying to do.

Another Hollywood celebrity who is accused of hypocrisy when it comes to the use of fossil fuel is Leonardo DiCaprio. In 2016, he flew 10,000 miles in a private jet from France to New York and then back to accept an award for climate change. During his Oscar speech in the same year, DiCaprio claimed that “climate change is real. It is happening right now, it is the most urgent threat facing our entire species.” He wants other people to make the sacrifice but not himself. Hollywood and the left, in general, are filled with hypocrites like him.
