Officially 100 days before the national elections, former first lady Michelle Obama and a group of Hollywood A-listers call and urge Americans to register and vote.

In a promotional video she posted, Michelle Obama called Americans and claimed that the coming elections “could not be more important for the future of our country.” She further added that more than just voting, people should take it to another step and sign up at whenweallvote dot org to participate in their Week of Action in September.

“We’ve only got 100 days left, and we’ve got to direct every ounce of energy we have into making sure everyone we know understands the importance of their voice and their vote,” said Obama.

The former first lady is just one of the many major celebrities that used their platforms to urge people to register. Other Hollywood A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow, singer Ariana Grande, FRIENDS star Lisa Kudrow with her castmates Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox, singer Selena Gomez, avid anti-Trumper Cher, and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Sleepy Joe Biden also joined the trend.

Courtney Cox shared a video of her with Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow with the subtitle, “Friends don’t let friends skip elections.” Kudrow did the same but with a photo version of them, while Aniston used her Instagram stories.

Singer Kelly Rowland also tweeted, saying, “SHIT is real!!! If you haven’t registered… What are you waiting for??????”

Singer Ariana Grande also tweeted with a link to her own website that apparently gets the headcount of registered voters. She also made her own hashtag, #thankunextgen.

Avengers star Gwyneth Paltrow tagged her fellow costar Robert Downey Jr. on an Instagram video post, saying, “We are taking part in @iamavoter’s campaign to get 100,000 voters to vote in November. Can you remind a friend to register to vote today? A reminder from a friend makes a person 2X more likely to vote.”

A-list talk show host Ellen DeGeneres also joined the call for voter registration, saying, “#100Days from now you can go vote for a better country in honor of #BreonnaTaylor #GeorgeFloyd #AhmaudArbery #VanessaGuillen and many more.”

DeGeneres’ namesake talk show is currently under investigation by Warner Media following accusations of having a hostile work environment.

Former Democratic President Barack Obama joined his wife’s call and took to Twitter, captioning his tweet, “We’re 100 days away from Election Day and there is too much at stake to sit this one out.”

Of course, Sleepy Joe was present in the social media call for voter registration and threw shade to President Trump. “Folks, we have just 100 days until Election Day. Now, more than ever, we have to do everything we can to make Donald Trump a one-term president,” he tweeted.

Other celebrities that joined are:

The left is working hard to call for more back up as they share the same fear as everyone—President Donald Trump will eat gaffe-filled Joe Biden alive during the official presidential debate, which will further prove the blatantly obvious fact that Joe Biden is unfit and incapable to come up with cohesive thoughts and sentences, let alone lead America.
