In an episode of “Cannon’s Class’, African-American television host Nick Cannon made a ridiculous claim that white people are inferior to black people due to the fact that their skin produces less Melanin.

Cannon began by saying that “melanated people” have more compassion for others arguing without any biological evidence that “‘Melanin is so powerful, connects us in a way, that the reason why they fear blacks is because of the lack that they have of it.” He added that “Melanin comes with compassion, Melanin comes with soul. We call it [a] soul.” He also described the fact that White people are acting out due to the deficiency of “melanin” in their skin, and since they do not have the power of the sun, they were forced to act “evil” in order to survive.

Cannon also called white people as “savages” and “barbaric” because of their origins in the “Nordic mountains.” He believed that these qualities and traits are important for their survival, adding that they have to “act like animals.”

After receiving a massive backlash against his offensive comments, Cannon addressed the issue by inviting people to come to his podcast and “debunk” his arguments. He also believed that his statements do not contain any form of malice.

Due to his controversial remarks, ViacomCBS announced on Tuesday that they are severing ties with the television host after he made anti-Semitic remarks on his podcast. However, the network refused to acknowledge Cannon’s disgusting accusations against white people.

As the Black Lives Matter protest continued, white people have found themselves as an easy target for an angry, left-wing mob. They were even branded as a “threat” to America. In fact, Democrat Sen. Mazie Hirono made an over-arching declaration, that all GOP supporters are “white supremacists.”

In an interview for left-wing media, MSNBC, the Democrat began by saying that America faces three huge crises today, one is the coronavirus outbreak, the second is the economic crisis, and the third is “police brutality and systemic racism.” Hirono lamented Trump had covered up his incompetence to divert people’s attention to the most pressing issues such as the pandemic, school re-openings, the economic crisis as well as the ongoing protests.

However, instead of addressing such issues, Hirono said that Trump stokes division and partisanship in the country simply because of his “base of supporters who are very anti-immigrant and white supremacists.” Hirono concluded that because Trump supporters are “white supremacists,” she believed that the President should also adhere to such beliefs. She went on to repeatedly complain about the fact that Americans cannot focus on the real issues.

However, the bizarre rhetoric that Republicans are racist is nothing new. Just last week, Rep. Maxine Waters claimed that Trump supporters do not want Blacks and people of color to rise into positions of power. To prove her point, Waters said that most black women and men are the ones who receive lengthy jail sentences. Waters added that the criminal justice system was used as a tool not to promote justice but of “oppression” and “suppression.”

In fact, the accusations continue to persist even among members of the Republican Party. Republican Sen. Tim Scott thrashed the President after he retweeted a video of a man who was shouting “white power.” The North Carolina Senator described the footage as “profanity-laced” and “offensive” and that it should be immediately taken down.
