Aging actress and singer Cher had made yet another jab at President Donald Trump, accusing him of “killing Americans” after Trump wore a mask for the first time in public when he visited the Walter Reed hospital in Washington, DC.

The Burlesque star took to Twitter once again and tweeted another one of her signature undecipherable tweets, saying, “trump Cares Nothing About Our Vets,Our Country,Ppl Who Are Dying of Covid,Ppl From Black Lives Matter,Kids He Keeps [locked] In Cages,Nurses,& Drs Who Are Dying Because He Wont Protect Them,HE KILLS AMERICANS WITHOUT A THOUGHT,HE KILLS 4 ADULATION AT RALLIES.”

Then, Cher added that Trump needs to be in solitary confinement for the rest of his life.

The singer-actress’s latest batch of insults and criticisms came after Trump’s visit to the Walter Reed military hospital in DC last Saturday. It was the first time the president was seen wearing a mask in public, so of course, it garnered much attention.

The president flew by helicopter to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to meet several wounded service members and healthcare personnel dealing with coronavirus patients. Leaving the White House, Trump told the reporters, “When you’re in a hospital, especially … I think it’s a great thing to wear a mask.”

President Trump has declined to wear a mask at any event, including coronavirus task force updates, news conferences, and his rallies. Sources close to the president told the Associated Press (AP) that Trump feared that wearing a mask would make him “look weak” and was concerned that it would shift the focus of the public to the public health crisis.

Cher wasn’t the only one who attacked the president. Avid leftist and comedian, Chelsea Handler, also joined in, sarcastically congratulating Trump “for being the last world leader to wear a mask.”

One compared Trump wearing a mask to a 26-year-old shitting in the toilet for the first time.

The New York Times tweeted and quoted one of their fashion critics who said that when Trump wearing a mask finally happened, it was “pretty unremarkable. Anticlimactic, even. Even kind of…boring.”

Bernie Sanders also chimed in and called Trump’s move, “too little too late.” He said, “Trump has rejected science. In November, we must come together and reject Trump.”

And, Andrew Bates, Biden’s campaign spokesperson claimed that Trump spent months ignoring the advice of medical experts to wear masks in public to prevent the spread of the virus. “Rather than taking responsibility and leading, he wasted four months that Americans have been making sacrifices by stoking divisions and actively discouraging people from taking a very basic step to protect each other,” Bates said in a statement.
