On Monday, a Rasmussen Reports poll showed that one-fifth of Democrat voters believe that their presidential nominee Joe Biden, is suffering from “some form” of dementia.

The survey was conducted on June 25-28 and had 1,000 likely voters as respondents. The poll asked the respondents, “From what you have seen and read, do you believe Joe Biden is suffering from some form of dementia?”

The survey found that 38% of voters, overall, believe he has dementia, while 20% within his own party say the same. The survey also asked respondents, “How important is it for Biden to address the dementia issue publicly?” To which a majority of them at 61% believed that it is “important” for Sleepy Joe to address the issue publicly.

Rasmussen explained that it did not explicitly define the word “dementia” in its survey, but provided the definition by the Merriam-Webster dictionary. “According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, dementia is ‘a usually progressive condition (such as Alzheimer’s disease) marked by the development of multiple cognitive deficits (such as memory impairment, aphasia, and the inability to plan and initiate complex behavior),’” Rasmussen clarified.

This poll comes just after another poll released last week that showed only 50% of voters in Michigan and Wisconsin view Sleepy Joe as “up to the task mentally and physically to handle the duties of president of the United States.”

Biden’s cognitive decline has been the talks of many, as he has shown time and time again that he is prone to gaffes and can’t even get his facts straight. Last week, Sleepy Joe made false claims during a live stream of his event in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and said that the Chinese coronavirus had already killed 120 million people.
