Tara Reade, a former Biden staffer who claims she has been sexually assaulted by the former vice president and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is calling out left-wing media outlets for their “blatant bias.”

In an interview with Fox News on Sunday, Reade said that ever since she went public with her story more than a month ago, no left-wing media outlet has ever asked the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee about her sexual harassment allegations despite Biden appearing and being interviewed multiple times on national television.

Reade revealed her story about the former vice president over a month ago with podcast host Katie Halper. Her story happened back in 1993 when she was still working as a staff for the then-Senator Biden. In interviews, Read claimed that Biden had “kissed, groped, and digitally penetrated her during an unwanted sexual advance.”

However, Biden’s deputy campaign manager and communications director, Kate Bedingfield, was quick to deny the allegations, saying that Biden has dedicated his public life to improving the culture and laws around violence against women and that Biden was a firm believer of women’s rights. Bedingfield insisted that the claim is untrue and that it “absolutely did not happen.”

Since the publication of Reade’s story, Biden has appeared on nearly a dozen interviews on television, including ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, NBC News’ Chuck Todd, and CNN’s Anderson Cooper, where he was interviewed twice. Not a single one of those interviews included questions regarding Reade’s claims.

“I think it’s shocking that this much time has passed and that he is an actual nominee for president and they’re not asking the questions. He’s been on ‘Anderson Cooper’ at least twice where he was not asked,” Reade said.

Reade added that she was really looking forward to Anderson Cooper asking Biden questions about her sexual harassment claims, but as he failed to do so twice, Reade said that she has lost “total respect” towards the CNN anchor. She also said that it is becoming hard to know what source to trust because of the “blatant bias” shown by Cooper and other left-wing media hosts and anchors.

Reade claimed that she is not being treated equally by media outlets that are against Republicans. “I guess my question is, ‘If this were Donald Trump, would they treat it the same way? If this were Brett Kavanaugh, did they treat it the same way?’” Reade told Fox.

The former Biden staffer also said that Biden is “not making himself accessible” to be asked the question and that the anchors are not asking, which led her to believe that there may be a political agenda behind them dodging the topic. Reade insisted that “I’m a survivor, and I would like the question asked.”

Biden’s campaign and left-wing media outlets have always denied Reade’s allegations, but Biden has never spoken about it once. Reade is not wrong in being disappointed with the media obviously protecting Biden, as just last Friday, old video footage surfaced on the internet showing an anonymous caller phoning CNN’S Larry King Live.

The anonymous caller did not name Biden, nor did she state what had happened. She simply stated that her daughter works for a senator, and she has a story, but she does not want to go to press out of respect for the senator.

Reade confirmed to Fox News that the anonymous woman caller in the clip was her late mother, Jeanette Altimus.

CNN failed to break that news despite their own show being involved. The left-wing media outlet only issued a report on its website on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time the news source spoke about Biden’s sexual allegations ever since Reade’s story went public in March.

On Saturday night, the hashtag #DropOutBiden was trending following the surfacing of the controversial video. Progressives, conservatives, as well as Democrats who did not support Biden all used the hashtag and called for the Democratic presidential nominee to drop out of the presidential race.
