Left-wing news outlet and ardent anti-Trumper, CNN has been caught red-handed with a lie after uploading a video of their “Cuomo Prime Time” host Chris Cuomo emerging from his basement after weeks of apparent self-isolation.

The prime time show tweeted on Monday a video showing Chris Cuomo, who has tested positive from the COVID-19 virus, climbing out of his family home’s basement after several weeks of isolating. In the video, Cuomo tried to act overwhelmed and excited. “This is what I’ve been dreaming of, literally, for weeks,” Cuomo exclaimed as he reached for the steps and proceeded to greet his wife.

The video was supposed to be moving. It was supposed to be touching. But unfortunately, just like most of CNN’s anti-Trump claims and accusations, it was a lie.

Almost everyone who follows CNN closely would know that Cuomo had actually gone out of his basement and even their house a couple of times. In fact, Cuomo himself told the story of how he got in a screaming match with a bicyclist on his SiriusXM show. Cuomo ranted about his exchange with a random biker outside their house on Easter Sunday while hanging out with his family.

The biker, whose first name was revealed to be David, called out Cuomo about social distancing, comparing him to his brother, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY), who has fervently advised his people to practice strict social distancing and sanitation measures. “I said to him, ‘Your brother is the coronavirus czar, and you’re not even following his rules— unnecessary travel,” David explained.

Them, Cuomo, who was known for his anger management issues, lashed out against the biker and yelled, “Who the hell are you?! I can do what I want! I’ll find out who you are!”

Cuomo continued to rage about his encounter with the neighborhood biker on his SiriusXM show and said that “I don’t want some jackass, loser, fat-tire biker being able to pull over and get in my space and talk bulls–t to me, I don’t want to hear it.”

Their dispute even reached local police, but David didn’t continue to press charges against Cuomo as he was a lifelong Democrat and also voted for Cuomo’s brother, Gov. Andrew. He explained that he wasn’t pushing through the charges as Cuomo didn’t pose himself as an actual threat, and he just wanted the incident to be put on record.

Now, despite proof that Cuomo had left his house and broke his self-isolation protocol, left-wing CNN expects the public to still believe that their host is emerging out of quarantine for the first time in weeks! It’s not unfamiliar grounds for CNN to publish falsehoods, hoping to lure Americans to believe their claims, especially when it comes to Trump’s administration. Luckily, people on social media were unafraid to call them out for their lies.

Actor and comedian Terrence K. Williams called out the media outlet and said, “CHRIS CUOMO IS A FlAT OUT LIAR! HE HAD THE VIRUS SO HE COULD OF KILLED THAT POOR OLD MAN CNN IS QUIET?”

Karol Markowicz, a columnist from NY Post, was shocked and asked how Cuomo and co-host Brian Stelter did it with a straight face.

Another user flatly called out CNN and stated the obvious fact that the news outlet “doesn’t care about the facts.”

Sean Davis, the co-founder of The Federalist, mocked Cuomo and said that he broke his quarantine early last week while he was still contagious.

And finally, another social media pundit was so exasperated, he asked for the reasoning behind CNN’s post.

CNN viewers and followers know it’s a lie. Social media users know it’s a lie. Andrew Cuomo, his family, and his co-hosts know it’s a lie. But why weren’t they slightly concerned about spreading falsehoods in the media? How long are they going to fool and lure Americans into believing what they think is right?

CNN and Cuomo had always been staunch critics of the Trump administration, but even for them, this staged video was just totally unnecessary, because everybody knows it’s unbelievable.
