Staunch Democrat and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told “Fox and Friends Sunday” that President Donald Trump’s coronavirus response had been “weak” and a total “failure.”

During the interview, Pelosi admitted that the first coronavirus stimulus bill had been bipartisan. She went on to say that over the course of six weeks, the administration was unable to implement mass testing. Pelosi then noted that Trump was right, in terms of understanding that there needs to be testing, contact tracing, treatment, and quarantine, saying that it would have been “bigger” if the administration was able to implement it properly. However, the staunch democrat noted that “But we’re way late on it, and that is a failure. The president gets an F, a failure on the testing,” Pelosi declared.

She went on to say that she had used her time off to reflect and pray. Pelosi claimed that during her prayers, she was able to realize that Trump had made a lot of mistakes. She also claimed that Trump is a “weak” president for continuing to make decisions that are based on intuition and not on facts.

Pelosi claimed that Trump continued to spread misinformation and classifying valid scientific information as a “hoax.” She added that Trump refused to take responsibility for his actions, and instead pin the blame on the House Speaker, governors, the World Health Organization, and practically anybody except himself. “Leaders take responsibility. So I said he is a weak leader. He doesn’t take responsibility. He places blame on others,” the House Speaker said.

In another media appearance for ABC’s “This Week,” Pelosi continued to blame the outbreak on President Trump and cited the increasing death toll on his delay and denial to respond to coronavirus fatalities. She also claimed that it is important for Trump to work with evidence, data, and science, and not some “whimsy magic.” As if her statements were not enough, Pelosi added that the country could not open its doors, and restart the economy based on complete “falsehoods.” However, despite Pelosi’s self-righteous claim, Republican lawmaker, California Rep.Devin Nunes, lambasted the Democrat for her hypocrisy. On Sunday, Nunes criticized Pelosi showcasing her collection of gourmet ice cream in an episode of the “Late Late Show,” while thousands of business owners continued to struggle until Congress could consolidate and approve the replenishment for the Small Business Administration (SBA).

In a statement, Nunes claimed that if any Republican leader such as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel or even House minority Kevin McCarthy did such a massive display of wealth, such actions would have been considered a fatal flaw.

Nunes added that if any GOP leader had shown the same hypocrisy, they would have probably been out of the office within minutes after posting. The lawmaker also expressed the increasing media bias among Democrats and conservatives. First off, the lawmaker blasted Pelosi for her tone-deaf actions. Nunes said that while 20 million Americans who have lost their jobs and were unable to receive paychecks, the House Speaker sat comfortably behind her $24,000 freezer, eating gourmet chocolate ice cream.
