Hollywood celebrities needed to tell the world how they felt when their beloved socialist presidential candidate Bernie Sanders decided to end his campaign. They used their social media accounts to express their disappointment and appreciation of Sanders. The usually obnoxious Rosie O’Donnell kept it simple by saying thank you to Bernie through her Twitter account. Actor Ike Barinholtz also expressed his gratitude for the socialist candidate, while Singer Nancy Sinatra saluted him with a “BRAVO BERNIE!!” tweet.

Other entitled celebrities were not as happy with Bernie’s decision to quit. Sarah Silverman, who campaigned for Sanders last month, tweeted that she is heartbroken about the development. She added that he will continue to continue to fight for the people. Actress Emily Ratajkowski was a bit more distraught and claimed that she’s hopeless, devastated, and powerless. Other woke celebrities just expressed their gratitude for Bernie for trying to run, including Rosanna Arquette, George Takei, Mia Farrow, and Sandra Bernhard.

Senator Bernie Sanders announced on Wednesday that he was ending his presidential campaign. He announced in a Livestream, “I have concluded that this battle for the Democratic nomination will not be successful, and so today I am announcing the suspension of my campaign,” Sanders said.

Sanders’ decision to end his campaign means that the apparent candidate for the country is former vice president Joe Biden. Some are worried that many of Sanders’ supporters would not vote for Biden even if the Senator endorses him. This is particularly true of the younger and more radical of his supporters. There is also some concern that some of his supporters might end up voting for Trump in November.

The fear is not unfounded. The host of the most popular podcast in the world, comedian Joe Rogan, who is a well-known Sanders supporter, said that he would instead vote for Trump rather than Joe Biden. Many of Biden’s critics are citing his declining cognitive performance as the main reason why he should not run for president. It still remains unsure if most of Sanders’ supporters will switch over to Biden’s camp.
