Joe Biden is back to his old tricks. The former Vice President got touchy-feely with a 5-year-old girl as her father held her. Biden was filmed touching the girl’s armpits with his finger, hugging her, and then appeared to be smelling her hair as he got close to tell her a secret.

Biden was also filmed whispering secrets to another young girl last week.

Last December in New Hampshire at a town hall event, a protester called Biden out for his behavior. “Don’t touch kids you prevert,” yelled the protester.

Last April, Biden addressed the issue of touching people in ways that make them uncomfortable. In a video, Biden explained that his touching is his attempt to make a “human connection” and promised that he would “be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future.”
