Gabrielle Union Accuses Simon Cowell of Racism in America’s Got Talent Controversy
More accusations about are coming from actress and former America’s Got Talent host Gabrielle Union. A week after saying she was fired for complaining about an allegedly racist joke by Jay Leno, she has accused co-host Simon Cowell of racism as well.

Union now claims that Cowell created a “toxic” work environment and claims she was told her clothes and hairstyle were “too black”. In response to these allegations Cowell has hired big-time Hollywood lawyer Larry Stein.

These accusations follow Union and dancer Julianne Hough claiming that they were fired from America’s Got Talent because they reported that they were uncomfortable with an allegedly racist joke made by comedian and former late-night TV host, Jay Leno. Variety reports that the complaint was made regarding an allegedly anti-Korean joke on the show when he was a guest.
