Billionaire, former New York City Mayor, and still undeclared Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg is spending more than a reported $34 million next week to run the biggest political ad blitz in history. According to reports, “Bloomberg’s ad consists of a one-minute spot that targets an opposing candidate, according to numerous FCC filings.” T

This is the biggest political ad buy in history, topping Barak Obama’s $30 million ad blitz from 2012. The ads will run in 46 states starting Monday, November 25 through December 1. The ads will cost Bloomberg only a small portion of his enormous personal fortune. His wealth is estimated at $52 billion and reports say he is prepared to spend up to $500 million on his presidential campaign.

While his candidacy is being heralded by many Democrats who have been left uninspired by the Current crop of contenders, it has also angered the current candidates and many of the surrogates. Both candidate Bernie Sanders and his socialist comrade Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took to social media this week to bash the Billionaire’s probable run.
