The “Squad” and Dem Presidential Hopefuls Take Shots, Make Comments on the Impeachment Hearings
Never ones to hold their tongues on social media, 3/4 of the “Squad” had things to say about the impeachment witch hunt hearings today on social media. And, in an effort to keep pace with the left wing of the party, many of the Democratic presidential candidates took their best shots as well ahead of tonight’s debate. Here is a sampling of what the Left had to say about EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland’s testimony.
AOC said it is time for the President to resign:

Every single person involved in Trump’s campaign to pressure Ukraine to interfere in our elections -- including the president himself -- needs to be held accountable.
To look away from this would be to abandon the rule of law and our Constitution. https://t.co/idgW6ApdVE
Rashida Tlaib stuck up for poor “Shifty” Schiff:
The continued disrespect of our Chairman @RepAdamSchiff by the folks who are putting one man ahead of country & our democracy exposes their character. You can try to bully your way out of this, but at the end the truth will prevail & history will remember you stood w/ corruption.

Kamala Harris called President Trump an extortionist:
Trump's hand-picked Ambassador just told the world what we know to be true: this president extorted a foreign government for his own political interests. Impeachment is the only option.

Amy Klobachar quoted the “truth”:
Truth: Ambassador Sondland testified today that he and other advisers to President Trump pressured Ukraine to investigate Democrats “because the president directed us to do so" and there was clear “quid pro quo.”

Leading up to the testimony Joe Biden called the President “poison”:
This election is about the soul of our nation — and Donald Trump is poison to our soul.
