Adam “Shifty” Schiff (D-CA), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee gave a shocking speech to California Democrats at the 2019 Fall Endorsing Convention in Long Beach on Saturday. In the speech, Schiff was introduced as “Our Protector” by the host and followed that up by calling President Trump names and saying that Democrats were going to take over the government. CNN reports he received a minute plus standing ovation.

In the speech, President Trump’s nemesis is quoted as saying, “Two years ago, I stood before you and I urged you to resist and you did, but we are more than a resistance now - we are a majority! We are a majority in one house, and we will become a majority in the other, and we will send that charlatan [Trump] in the White House back to the golden throne he came from!”

While it is shocking that the supposedly “impartial” congressman leading the impeachment investigation against the President would give such an ugly speech during the proceedings, it is hardly surprising. Schiff is also the person who “read” the transcript and added his own fake such as “ya know what? I don’t see much reciprocity here,” and, “I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent. You understand? Lots of it.” He said these out loud, on the record at a public hearing about whether to proceed with impeachment in September
