Bombshell WSJ Report Shows Google Censors Conservatives and Skews Search Results in Favor of Dems and Big Corporations
In a bombshell expose of the web search company Google, the Wall Street Journal has reported what many conservatives have suspected for a long time. Google blacklists certain websites that it disagrees with and skews the results to favor democrats.
Despite publicly denying doing it, Google uses blacklists, algorithm tweaks and an army of micro-workers and content moderators to shape what you see. A Wall Street Journal investigation. https://t.co/rALOIWGXMW

The paper reported that, in spite of their denials to the contrary, Google has blacklisted sites that it deems inappropriate. While this does include a number of sites with things like child abuse and blatant copyright infringement, it also lumps many conservative websites into this group such as The Gateway Pundit and The United West.

One of the most damning sections of the article was when the WSJ reporter typed “Joe Biden” into both Google and another search site, DuckDuckGo. On the later, “Joe Biden Creepy” automatically came up as one of the most relevant searches. On Google, neither “creepy” or any other negative words came up when entering the former Vice President’s name.
@w_terrence btw Google is censoring candidates protecting the Democrats.

Do searches on Google, bing, and duckduckgo and you'll find Google search shows nothing on joebiden creepy or Kamala Harris sleeping to the top, you'll find Google protecting searches on Democrats WTH
A spokesperson for Google said, very carefully, the company does “not manually determine the order of any search result”. She did not say whether they manipulate the search algorithms though to fit the political beliefs of the company.
The WSJ also reports that Google has made changes to its search search algorithm so the results favor big businesses over smaller ones. The report says they have made changes on behalf of eBay, a major advertiser, as well as boosted results for companies like Amazon and Facebook.
