Katie Hill, the disgraced Congresswoman who was forced to resign after photos of drugs use and nudity came out along with the news of a “thruple” relationship with her former husband and a female staffer and allegations of an affair with a male staffer, made a speech to Congress on Thursday as her last act as an elected official.

During the speech, she continued to blame her “abusive” ex-husband for her predicament, now asserting that the private pictures were taken without her consent. She also claimed that she is being forced out due to a “double standard” saying, “I am leaving now because of a double standard. I am leaving because I no longer want to be used as a bargaining chip. I am leaving because I didn’t want to be peddled by papers and blogs and websites used by shameless operatives for the dirtiest gutter politics that I’ve ever seen.”

And of course, Hill blamed many others instead of herself for her troubles, including the “Right Wing Media” saying, “And the right-wing media to drive clicks and expand their audience by distributing intimate photos of me taken without my knowledge let alone my consent for the sexual entertainment of millions.”

In her final act as a congresswoman, she voted to impeach Donald Trump. “Today as my final act I voted to move forward on the impeachment of Donald Trump on behalf of the women of the United States of America,” she told the assembled lawmakers.
