Congresswoman and vice chair of the House Oversight Committee Katie Hill is under investigation by the House Ethics Committee for allegations she had a relationship with a staff member.

The openly bi-sexual freshman lawmaker admitted that she engaged in an “inappropriate” three-way relationship with her husband, Kenny Heslep, and staff member, Morgan Desjardins.

Hill and Heslep are currently married, but are going through a heated divorce battle. She accused Heslep of leaking the shocking photos, one of which shows the naked 32-year-old Hill holding a bong. The scandalous photo also reveals Hill’s Nazi-era iron cross tattoo.

The Daily Mail reported the metadata from the photograph revealed the pic was taken on September 11, 2017, before marijuana was legalized.

Another incriminating photo shows naked Hill brushing the hair of her staffer Morgan Desjardins. Other nude photographs of the congresswoman were discovered on Reddit’s “WouldYouF**MyWife.”

The Daily Mail also reported text messages that show Heslep and Hill’s campaign staffers worried about Hill’s excessive drinking, which caused Hill to miss flights, and her coming home late without any memory of where she had been. Heslep was also concerned about Hill’s mental health and her struggle with depression, which she takes trazodone - a medication which helps her with mania.

Hill is also accused of having an affair with her campaign finance director, Graham Kelly, which she denies.

In a statement to the press, Hill said, “The fact is I am going through a divorce from an abusive husband who seems determined to try to humiliate me.”

“I am saddened that the deeply personal matter of my divorce has been brought into public view, even the false allegations of a relationship with my congressional staffer, which I have publicly denied, and I am fully and proactively cooperating with the Ethics Committee,” Hill said.

“During the final tumultuous years of my abusive marriage, I became involved in a relationship with someone on my campaign. I know that even a consensual relationship with a subordinate is inappropriate, but I still allowed it to happen despite my better judgment,” stated Hill on Wednesday. “For that I apologize. I wish nothing but the best for her and hope everyone respects her privacy in this difficult time.”
