Hanoi Jane Arrested at Protest… Again
Hanoi Jane Fonda, the radical leftwing Hollywood “activist”, was arrested for a second time in a week at a climate change protest in Washington D.C. Her October 18 arrest marked the second time in as many days that she was arrested by Capitol police for partaking in an unlawful protest. Her costar in the little-watched Netflix series Grace & Frankie, Sam Waterson, was arrested as well. Waterson is best known for playing lawyer Jack McCoy on the long running Law & Order shows.
Judging by the photos of the arrest, it is clear that the two Hollywood liberals were trying to get arrested by police in order to bring more attention to their protest. Waterson told the press this was his fort time ever being arrested.

Fonda, on the other hand, is no stranger political controversy. She famously earned her nickname “Hanoi Jane” by siding with the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. In 1972, she was pictured posing on a Viet Cong anti-aircraft gun while touring a prison camp holding American Soldiers.
