Hunter Biden’s tough week, month, and year continue as he now faces charges on another front closer to home. The 49-year-old Biden will be appearing in court on charges that he is a deadbeat dad to his child, fathered by 28-year-old Luden Roberts.

Biden has yet to take responsibility for his child publically but, according to Roberts, has admitted it to her privately. The 10-month-old infant, whose sex has not been named in the lawsuit lives in Arkansas with their mother.

The mother, who lived in Washington, D.C. when she had an affair with Biden, is simply asking for Biden to chip in for his share of child support and health care for the baby. Biden, who is now known for making BILLIONS of dollars by trading access to his Vice President father to foreign powers, is refusing to do so and would rather go to court.
