Comedian Kathy Griffin took a photo in 2017 posing proudly with a fake decapitated bloody head of President Trump that almost ended her career. Griffin was unable to find work and still blames Trump for that.

Trump responded to the gruesome photo,”Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!”

Democrats even called the comedian out for crossing the line. Chelsea Clinton tweeted, “This is vile and wrong. It is never funny to joke about killing a president.”

Anderson Cooper, who co-hosted with Griffin for New Year’s Eve on CNN, tweeted, “For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.”

CNN fired Griffin from her annual co-hosting New Year’s eve gig with Anderson Cooper.

Griffin defended herself in an interview with Sunrise 7, “You can be as offended by that photo all you want, that doesn’t bother me at all. But I want people to know I didn’t break the law. If you take a photo like that, you didn’t break the law.” She also admitted to “no longer being sorry” for posing with the fake decapitated head.

Griffin claims it has been a downhill spiral for her. But it didn’t stop the comedian from showing her hatred for Trump. She has publicly called President Trump out for making her “unemployable and uninsurable.”

Griffin posted a pic of herself with Stormy Daniels with a caption, “it was an honor to have you at my Boston show tonight. I support you 100%! #FuckTrump”

To share her side of the story, Griffin recorded a new concert documentary called,“Kathy Griffin: A Hell of a Story,” which was released for one night in U.S. theatres on July 31st.
