A video clip of Rep. Rashida Tlaib from August 8, 2016, has resurfaced and is making its rounds on social media. The video shows Tlaib being escorted from Donald Trump’s speech to business leaders at the Detroit Economic Club while screaming, “You guys are crazy!”

Trump’s speech that evening revealed his plans to decrease and simplify taxes, eliminate the death tax, repeal Obamacare, and increase military spending.

Tlaib defended her disruptive and unprofessional behavior, calling it “patriotic and courageous,” even though this was not a campaign rally but a meeting of business leaders. Talib’s removal from the venue was followed by applause from the audience.

Twelve other female protesters were also removed for yelling during the business meeting. Detroit Economic Club’s president and CEO Beth Chappell apologized for their inappropriate behavior and banned Tlaib and others from future Detroit Economic Club events.

The crowd of 1,500 gave Trump a standing ovation after his hour-long speech.
