Iraqis were seen dancing in the streets celebrating the death of the merciless head of Iran’s elite Quds military force, Qasem Soleimani.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo posted a video of Iraqis dancing and being “thankful that General Soleimani is no more.”

Soleimani was hated and feared by the Iranians, and some took to Twitter to express their appreciation to President Trump with the hashtag #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani

Soleimani was responsible for the deaths of thousands of Iranians.

One person pointed out that Iranians “can’t display thir happiness in public because the regime will kill them.”

One Twitter user, claiming to be an Iranian, said he had to hide his identity by using a VPN, but wanted to thank President Trump.

One Twitter user asked why CNN’s Anderson Cooper seemed so sad over Soleimani’s death.
