According to court records, the massage therapist who filed charges against Kevin Spacey for sexual assault died last week. On Tuesday, Spacey’s attorneys filed a notice of statement noting the plaintiff’s death.

The notice said, “No further information or details have been given to Mr. Fowler’s (Spacey’s legal surname) counsel, but Plaintiff’s counsel stated they intended to notify the Court with additional information at an appropriate time in the future.”

The masseur, who filed anonymously as John Doe, claimed that Spacey forced him to touch his genitals during a massage in Malibu three years ago. Spacey was also accused of grabbing the man’s shoulders and trying to kiss him and trying to force him into oral sex.

Former congressman Trey Radel responded to the story by hinting that the Oscar winning actor had some connection to the man’s death. Radel referenced Spacey’s manipulative and unscrupulous character from the Netflix series House of Cards by tweeting, “Frank Underwood returns.”

In the House of Cards, the ruthless politician Frank Underwood had some of his political opponents killed, but made them look like accidents.

Radel was probably joking about it, but Twitter users didn’t think so.

Linda Louise Culkin, who was the first to publicly accuse Spacey of abusing underage boys, died after she was stuck by a Toyota at a busy intersection on February 25, 2019. Culkin, a nursing assistant, cyberstalked Spacey after learning of his sexual assault against one her patients. Culkin threatened Spacey’s life with fake bomb threats and harassing emails, and as a result ended up getting sentenced to four years in prison and paying $124,000 in restitution.

“Linda was one of the first to accuse Kevin Spacey of attacking young men, and I find it very odd that you don’t hear anything more about her accident or about the person who hit her,” said Culkin’s cousin, Cindy Culkin. “It’s like it happened, and now there is nothing!”

Over a dozen people have filed sexual assault charges against Spacey, including Harry Dreyfuss and Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp. Rapp claims Spacey made sexual advances towards him when he was only 14. Spacey denies all of the allegations, but he did acknowledge Rapp’s claim but denied remembering it in a tweet in October 2017.

In 2002, Spacey flew to Africa on Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” with Bill Clinton and actor Chris Tucker as a part of project to raise awareness about the AIDS crisis and poverty.
