As the winner of the highly contested 2020 elections is yet to be announced, former Vice President and Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s campaign team had already launched their transition website in preparation for him to take over the White House.

On Wednesday, the Democrat’s campaign team unveiled their new website after the Associated Press announced that Michigan and Wisconsin voters favored Biden. The site will serve as the main source for news release, and information about the potential Biden administration. This also includes news about their possible policies, and appointments.

While the website does not necessarily declare Biden as President, it suggests that the nation will soon declare its new commander-in-chief. It also specifically states that across the nation, votes are still being counted. The website also noted several key issues that the country is currently facing such as the coronavirus pandemic, economic recession, racial injustice and even climate change. “The transition team will continue preparing at full speed so that the Biden-Harris Administration can hit the ground running on day one,” the site notes.

In his Wednesday’s speech, Biden confidently said that when all the ballots have been counted, he will be declared as a winner. “We feel good about that,” the nominee declared. He went on to say that while they might be enjoying an advantage, he urged voters to remain patient.

As Biden remained confident in his victory for the nail-biting election results, several voters have protested against a rigged election. In fact, residents in Arizona held protests to demand a recount. Unfortunately, it might take days for the announcement to be made as election officials continue to count results in the remaining states of Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.

Most of the anticipation lies in Pennsylvania as election officials believe that there are still more than a million ballots that are yet to be counted. In an announcement by Democrat and Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolfe, he asked voters to remain patient as more than a million mail-in ballots have yet to be counted.

However, President Donald Trump continued to maintain that they will contest the election results. In his early morning speech on Wednesday, Trump believed that the elections were rigged. “Did I predict this?” Trump asked. To prove this, Trump had called in an “all-star” legal team to spearhead legal issues in key swing states such as Michigan. Some of the lawyers that will represent Trump are his private attorney Jay Sekulow, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Moreover, admin officials also added that they might activate the help of Sidney Powell, the lawyer for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
