CNN host Chris Cuomo was shamed by his building manager for apparently walking around the complex without a mask. This is despite the fact that the left-wing host had openly accused and criticized President Donald Trump for not wearing one.

In a segment by Fox host Tucker Carlson, he released a letter from the building manager accusing Cuomo of violating the Governor’s health and safety regulations. The letter, which was written on August 6, cited several instances where Cuomo had walked around the complex without a mask or facial covering.

In the letter, the building manager began by saying that Cuomo had no excuse to say that he was not aware of the strict health and safety guidelines, specifically because it was his older brother, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who had passed the guideline. According to the Governor’s Executive Order 202.17, the building manager cited the requirement that anyone above the age of two should wear a mask or facial covering to cover their nose and mouth whenever they are in public places.

However, the building manager wrote that the host was seen entering and exiting the building without a mask. In fact, he even rode the elevator without any facial covering. The building manager added that Cuomo refused to comply with the building’s policy, despite the fact that he was asked several times by the staff to comply with their requirement. “This is a violation of the Executive Order, building policy, and places other residents and our staff at risk. There are no exceptions to this rule, and you are required to comply,” the building manager asserted.

As a result of his actions, the building manager threatened the host with a $500 fine if he would continue to violate their policies.

The building manager’s statements are a strong contrast to the message that the host had said publicly. Cuomo had repeatedly shamed and criticized President Donald Trump for allegedly refusing to wear a mask.

Carlson even played a clip in which Cuomo described people who refused to wear a mask as “fools.” Then, just last week, Cuomo also lashed out against the President for appearing at public events without a mask. In his statement, Cuomo criticized Trump by saying that while they might have grown up in the same place, they had different views and opinions on the matter. The host claimed that when he and his wife were diagnosed with COVID-19, he felt “crushed.” He then stated that unlike the President, his diagnosis made him more cautious and aware of his responsibility to keep people safe.

Back in April, Cuomo also confronted a cyclist who resized him for violating quarantine guidelines.
