The cast members of the old sitcom Seinfeld are trying to use their celebrity-power to influence the elections in Texas to favor the Democrats. Actors Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Jason Alexander, and the co-creator of the show Larry David are teaming up again for a virtual fundraiser scheduled this Friday meant to raise money for the Democratic Party in Texas.

The fundraiser, which is entitled “Fundraiser About Something,” will feature the stars talking about their favorite episodes from the popular show. It will have Seth Meyers as the host/ moderator. The three celebrities released a joint statement in which they claim that Texas has never been a pro-Republican instead, Democrats there just didn’t go out to vote.

“Texas is a battleground state, period,” read part of their statement. “We knew that we had to reunite for something special and the movement on the ground for Texas Democrats up and down the ballot is the perfect opportunity to do just that. Texans are getting out to vote in droves and showing the world that Texas has never been a red state, it’s been a non-voting state.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to host a ‘fundraiser about something’ for a terrific organization like the Texas Democratic Party, who are building the movement necessary to turn Texas blue in 14 days,” the statement continued.

Tickets for the virtual event range from $1,000 to $10,000. The Seinfeld cast is just one of the many shows holding reunions and events to help boost the Democrats. It’s no secret that Hollywood and the entertainment industry, in general, are mostly in favor of the Democratic party. Many actors and singers are rabidly against the President and are going out of their way to campaign against him.

Most Americans are sick and tired of rich and entitled celebrities telling them that they’re racists and ignorant and that they should vote for the Democrats or prove they’re bigoted. Recent events have exposed the hypocrisy of the wealthy Hollywood elites.
