In a skit by Hollywood director Judd Apatow, the filmmaker who recently made declarations that President Donald Trump is a “mass murderer” partnered with Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff to encourage Americans to vote in the upcoming 2020 general elections. The supposedly comedic performance was posted on Twitter, where Apatow boasted his “personal brand of comedy” and described it as both “subversive” and “relatable.”

During the skit, Apatow gave his less stellar impersonation of prominent Republican figures, including Kellyanne Conway, Rudy Giuliani, and even the former White House communication director, Anthony Scaramucci. On the other hand, Schiff tried to make people laugh by performing a “TiktTok dance.” He even tried to play the electric piano with chopsticks. However, Schiff’s comedic performance is anything but funny.

In the footage, Schiff, who had led the President’s impeachment trial, claimed that there was a lot of “circumstantial evidence” that would prove Trump’s involvement in the so-called Russian collusion. Schiff continued to lobby that Trump went beyond his presidential power when he made a phone conversation with the Ukrainian President to dig dirt around former Vice President and Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s younger son, Hunter.

Watch:

Unfortunately, while Trump’s impeachment complaint was dismissed, recent media reports from the New York Post and Breitbart News revealed Hunter’s close ties with Ukrainian execs. In fact, it was the younger Biden who had set up business meetings with foreign interests in exchange for favors from the Obama administration.

This is not the first time that Apatow had criticized the President. Just last month, the Hollywood filmmaker declared that Trump is a “mass murderer.” In a social media post, Apatow claimed that the President is deliberately misleading Americans about the real situation on the COVID-19 virus. The filmmaker continued that thousands of Americans had to die as a result of his reckless decision. Finally, Apatow concluded that the President “is a mass murderer by choice. He should be impeached for murder.”

In a separate Twitter post, the filmmaker also declared that the President sees “no issue” on killing thousands of people as long as it would ensure his re-election.
