“I don’t know, but we’ll see,” House Financial Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters responded to questions on Tuesday whether she believes that former Vice-President Joe Biden could stand up against Trump in the upcoming 2020 elections.

Fox News correspondent Nicholas Ballasy interviewed Rep. Waters, who had not since publicly announced her support for either Sen. Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden. In the interview, Waters believed that it is not about “who you like,” instead, the most important question is, “Who can beat President Trump?”

Ballasy then asked the congresswoman about Biden’s long list of gaffes, and if she believed that he is capable of being the next commander in chief. Waters responded: “Nobody has made more gaffes and told more lies than the president of the United States of America,” adding that, “How dare he talk about somebody’s gaffes?” She continued to say that Trump has more lies and more gaffes than Biden does.

Watch:

During a town hall appearance, the President highlighted Biden’s gaffes as a serious sign of competency issues. He had since written tweets aimed at Biden, even sharing a video in which the former vice president seemed to struggle to remain coherent until he finally concluded that Trump should win the election.

In the same speech, Biden had also managed to slur the words “an O-Biden Bama Democrat!” and “Ob-gama care.” Moreover, Biden had also mistakenly called Super Tuesday as “Super Thursday.”

The problem is that even Biden’s fellow Democrats have become increasingly concerned as the Democratic front-runner continued to struggle to look mentally sharp in his entire campaign run. In fact, even former president Barrack Obama’s physician, Dr. David Scheiner, had remarked that Biden is “not a healthy guy.”

As Dr. Scheiner reviewed the three-page document which had been released by Biden’s personal physician, he claimed that although Biden is not altogether in bad shape considering his age, he claimed that he is not “in an outstanding health” either. The doctor pointed out that while Biden might seem fine, there are considerable health issues that might come up in the next four years. Biden’s doctor did not also cite that the former vice president has suffered two brain aneurysms in 1988, one of which had nearly killed him.

In addition, one of the “Bernie bros,” popular podcast host Joe Rogan claimed that Biden should not win, describing him as “a really old man who can’t talk.” Even writer Matt Stroller also claimed that the party insiders have known about Biden’s cognitive issues. However, they simply joked and did nothing about it.

With his long list of gaffes, even “democratic socialist” Sen. Bernie Sanders has accused Biden’s camp of pushing a “sit-down” debate format in the upcoming presidential primary debate in Phoenix.

Sander’s adviser, Jeff Weaver, claimed that the reason Biden does not want to “stand toe-in-toe” with the senator was because of mounting concerns over the former vice president’s health and cognitive ability.
