In 2019, New York released over 7,500 criminal illegal aliens back back into the U.S., according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The crimes committed by the illegal aliens range from misdemeanors to sexual assault and murder.

ICE agents attempted to get the criminal illegal aliens deported or arrested in every case, however, the NYPD disregarded any participation due to the sanctuary law in place.

Acting ICE Director Matthew Albence confirmed New York authorities turned over about ten criminal illegal aliens last year.

More than 3,500 criminal illegal aliens were arrested for assaults, 200 for homicides, over 1,000 sexual offenses, 500 robberies, 1,500 DUIs, and more than 1,000 weapons violations.

Albence stated at a press conference, “The only immigrants protected by such policies are those committing violent and dangerous offenses, often in the same communities that these politicians are purporting to protect.” Albence also noted federal judges won’t grant judicial warrents to ICE because it’s not in their authority.

Still, some New York residents think “ICE destroys lives” like those in this group, New Santuary Coalition.

Recently, in New York, 92-year-old Maria Fuertes died after she was attacked and sexually assaulted by an illegal alien who had just been released back on the streets after an assault with a weapon on his father.

If U.S. citizens are held accountable for their actions, so should illegal immigrants.
