Former ESPN host Keith Olbermann called for the arrest of Fox News host Tucker Carlson. This comes right after he had called for the arrest of President Donald Trump. He posted his angry thoughts about Carlson’s discussions regarding the recently concluded elections. The disgraced ESPN anchor assumed that Carlson is calling the people on the right to violence after he said that it is the right that owns most of the guns in the United States.

Someone else posted that, “Tucker is now telling his audience that Trump’s supporters own 6–70% of the guns and they could take to the streets blood ‘would flow.’” Olbermann reacted with his own tweet saying that, “Again, this is an overt and unmistakable call for widespread violence and requires the arrest of Tucker Carlson.”

Olbermann deleted the tweet later on but other users have been able to get screenshots of it. He tried deleting the tweet after it became apparent that Carlson never asserted that Trump supporters owned most of the firearms in the country and that there will be blood in the streets if they go out and protest. That Carlson said such things is another fake news being spread by leftists, the only difference now is that it can be disproven. It was a Democrat operative named Lawrence Wilkerson who made the assertions on Bill Maher’s HBO show and he made the statement back in August.

Wilkerson said that “If Trump calls his base to the streets with their guns—his base owns something like 60 to 70% of the 300, 400 million guns in America. If they answer that call and come to the streets with guns, then we probably are going to have a need for the military. And then all bets are off as to how much blood might flow.”

Leftists spreading such false information is not surprising at all. They do not even bother to check the veracity of a report as long as it matches their views. They have faced no consequences for spreading such false information.
